Aston Homecare is a domiciliary care provider based in Glasgow, offering personalised and complex care services tailored to individual needs. Our services are designed to support people in their own homes with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
2. Use of Our Website
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By using our site, you agree not to:

3. Service Availability
All care services provided by Aston Homecare are subject to assessment, agreement, and availability. While we strive to offer consistent care, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies, staff shortages, or force majeure events.
4. Care Assessments & Agreements
Before starting any care package, an initial assessment will be carried out. A personalised care plan will be agreed upon with the client or their authorised representative. The care plan outlines:

Service schedule
Fees and payment terms
Client rights and responsibilities
By accepting our services, you agree to the details outlined in the care agreement.
5. Payments & Fees
Fees for our services are clearly communicated during the assessment process. Invoices must be paid in full within the time stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
We accept various payment methods including direct debit, bank transfer, and other agreed options.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a scheduled care service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in charges equivalent to the scheduled visit.
For long-term care cancellation, written notice of 14 days is required unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared with Aston Homecare is treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose any client information without consent, except where legally required.
8. Staff Conduct
Our care professionals are fully trained and vetted to ensure quality care. We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, or discrimination toward our staff. We reserve the right to withdraw services if our team is subject to unsafe or abusive environments.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the highest standards of care, Aston Homecare shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by third parties or external factors
Inaccurate information provided by the client or representative
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered within the last 30 days.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms & Services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
